Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to FlexiCommerce are final and non-refundable. This includes the one-time setup fee, monthly hosting fees, and any additional service charges. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is processed.
1 What Payments Are Non-Refundable
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
One-Time Setup Fee (₦249,999 / ₦499,999)
Covers platform deployment, theme setup, app configuration, domain setup, and initial launch. Work begins immediately upon payment.
Monthly Hosting Fee
Covers managed cloud hosting, SSL, CDN, backups, server maintenance, and platform updates. Resources are provisioned immediately.
Additional Service Charges
Any custom development, priority support, add-on features, or additional services purchased.
2 Why We Have a No Refund Policy
Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:
- Instant Resource Provisioning — Upon payment, our automated system immediately provisions cloud servers, databases, storage, CDN, and SSL certificates specifically for your store. These resources incur immediate costs.
- Immediate Deployment — Our 20-minute auto-deployment system begins configuring your website, admin panel, and APIs within seconds of payment confirmation. This includes database creation, theme installation, and domain configuration.
- Third-Party Costs — We immediately incur costs from cloud hosting providers, CDN services, SSL certificate authorities, and other infrastructure partners that cannot be reversed.
- Custom Configuration — Each store is individually configured with custom domain, theme, branding, and settings that are specific to your business.
- SaaS Nature — As a software service, the "product" is access to a running platform. Once deployed, the service has been delivered and consumed.
3 Source Code Policy
No Source Code Will Be Provided
FlexiCommerce is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform only. Under no circumstances will source code, codebase, database schemas, API source code, app source code, or any proprietary code be shared, sold, transferred, licensed, or made available to any customer.
This means:
- You cannot request source code as part of your purchase, as a refund alternative, or for any other reason.
- You cannot request to self-host the platform on your own servers.
- You cannot request code export of website, app, admin panel, or API codebase.
- Purchasing a plan does not grant any ownership or license to the underlying code.
- All intellectual property, including source code, designs, and algorithms, is owned exclusively by Ujjwal Technolabs.
What you can export: Your business data (products, orders, customer lists) through the admin dashboard in standard CSV/JSON formats.
4 Common Scenarios
"I changed my mind after payment"
No refund. Deployment begins immediately upon payment. Resources have already been provisioned.
"I want to cancel my store"
You can stop your hosting anytime. No refund for setup fee or any paid hosting months. Store will be deactivated after the current billing period.
"The platform doesn't have a feature I expected"
No refund. All features are clearly listed on our Features and Pricing pages. We recommend reviewing these thoroughly before purchase.
"I want the source code instead"
Not possible. FlexiCommerce is SaaS only. Source code is never provided, sold, or shared under any circumstances.
"My business didn't work out"
No refund. FlexiCommerce provides the technology platform. Business success depends on your products, marketing, and operations.
"I found a cheaper alternative"
No refund. We encourage comparing platforms before purchase. Once deployed, the service has been delivered.
"I made a duplicate payment"
In case of a genuine duplicate payment (same amount charged twice for the same service), contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will verify and process the correction within 7-14 business days.
"I want to switch plans"
You can upgrade from Starter to Growth plan by paying the difference. Downgrades do not qualify for refunds of the difference.
5 Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your FlexiCommerce service:
- Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 95752 62930) or email (hello@flexicommerce.store).
- Your store will remain active until the end of the current paid hosting period.
- No refund will be issued for any remaining hosting days, the setup fee, or any other payments.
- You can export your business data (products, orders, customers) before cancellation.
- After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
- If you wish to reactivate later, a new setup fee may apply.

8 Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about your payment or service:

- Escalation — If not resolved, request escalation to our management team.
- Resolution Timeline — We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
- Legal — Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
